Under the enlightened vision of the Honorable President of Pakistan – Ministry of Labour and Manpower has launched a programme titled “President’s Programme for the Care of Highly Qualified Overseas Pakistanis” to facilitate high level Pakistani professionals abroad for their placement in Pakistan through short to long term technical assistance in Pakistani organizations/ institutions .

The programme has following objectives:-

Establish an interactive web based data bank of highly qualified professional Pakistanis based abroad and in Pakistan.

Create a system in which expatriate Pakistan experts can make effective contribution to various institutions in Pakistan through short to long term technical assistance for economic development of the country.

Reduce the impact of brain drain through short to long term duration visits of Expatriate Nationals to Pakistan.

Avail the benefit from the advice of the experts while they are abroad through correspondence and supply of pertinent technical literature.

Provide employment services to highly skilled expatriate Pakistanis in the country as well as in the international market.
