The Ministry of Labour and Manpower is responsible for programme implementation, which would play an effective role to address the ill effects of brain drain and prevalent worldwide recession. It is strongly felts that expatriate Pakistani professionals should be facilitated in reintegration in the economy. The Ministry will also cater the need of most of the intended/prospective host agencies in Pakistan prefer to avail the services of expatriate professionals. It also aims at passing to the private sector knowledge of the latest technical know-how, business and management practices.
