Under this Programme, the services of expatriate Pakistani professionals are being utilized for transfer of latest know-how /knowledge and cutting edge technology through visits of expatriate Pakistani professionals for short, medium and long duration visits of 2 to 36 weeks in various fields of specializations of Medicine / Surgery, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Agriculture, Physical Sciences, Economics and Management to various Federal Ministries / Divisions, Provincial Government Departments and organizations under them including universities, medical institutions / colleges, scientific, research and technical institutions, production units and also to the private sector. It also provides an online and services oriented employment delivery network providing a user friendly interface between people seeking employment / placement and potential employer in Pakistan and International Labour Market.
